To the Miles Perret Cancer Services,
I attended for the first time The Games of Acadiana. I wasn't aware of all you had there. I was surprised and amazed. I do wish to thank everyone there, all the people, and the feeling I got just sitting in the Cajundome. I am so glad and happy to see so many people doing this and so much more for people they don't even know or have never met. Your hard work has made me feel I'm not the only person to have cancer and am going through this alon; now I know I am only one in a million. --

Dear Miles Perret Cancer Services,
...My dad was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2001. The radiation and chemotherapy really messed up his teeth. With the help from this center, my dad was able to get his badly damaged teeh pulled and a full set of dentures. No amount of money or an amount of volunteer hours could ever repay the Miles Perret Cancer Services for all of the help that was given to my dad and our family during this trying time...Although cancer didn't take away my dad's smile, the Miles Perret Cancer Services did an awesome job enhancing it. --Leah Flugence

We would all also like to thank you for the wig. It has made all the different in her self esteem and honestly, I think it may have even helped her feel better physically. Thanks again, --Brandie T., 10/14/05
